Yesterday was my first Team in Training buddy run. Basically this is the part of the training where you meet up with others and go for a run together. It was not easy for me but it was fun. I got to hang out with one of the Mentors (because no one else showed up to our run) and she was content to go at my snail's pace.
Today is a rest day, but I may take the pup for a reservoir walk.
